What is Personal Training?​

Personal Training is a holistic approach to achieving your goals. A Personal Trainer takes into consideration your whole lifestyle, including nutrition, sleep, and stress to create a very personalised approach to achieving your goals. You can decide the level of support required from a Personal Trainer, depending on your time and budget, with sessions starting as little as 30 minutes which you can commit to as frequently or infrequently as you'd like.​​​ Single sessions start from £19 and block packages of four start from £76 with further PT block packages available.

A 1-2-1 session with a Personal Trainer can help you truly reach your health and fitness goals. We have a range of flexible options including spreading the cost and training with a partner or friend, or even in a small group.

Our Personal Trainers will provide a complimentary consultation where they will assess your current exercise and lifestyle habits, and suggest a plan that’s relative to you. 

We have a variety of Personal Training options to suit everyone and want to make Personal Training as accessible as possible for everyone so you can be the best version of yourself.

Pay as you go, commit to getting fit with our 12-week package options or add Personal Training to your membership as a regular service.

Hi, I’m Mike, a Level 3 Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer with 
extensive experience coaching athletes from grassroots to professional level. If you’re serious about improving your fitness, performance, or overall health, you're in the right place. My coaching focuses on agility, stamina, speed, plyometrics, and overall performance, helping athletes reach their full potential on and off the pitch.

I offer 1-to-1 and small group training designed to deliver real, measurable results. Whether you’re:

Hi I’m Jenny - I am a certified personal trainer. My passion is to make fitness accessible to all, especially if you’re feeling nervous to come to the gym. My trainer journey began as a career change, returning to the gym after a long period away from fitness and training, to overcome some other challenges in my life.  It was my own PT that suggested I make the transition from client to trainer and I’m so glad I did. Now I’m here to help you achieve your goals, from making moving around in day-to-day life easier, to event training.  I particularly enjoy helping you become stronger and more mobile watching your confidence grow as you rediscover yourself.  

I can support you achieving the following goals:

• Improving mobility, stability, strength, endurance and 
confidence.
